Hi, I am Tequira, a self-taught, passionate and professional make-up artist from the west side of Chicago, IL.
I am skilled in traditional and glamorous make-up artistry, SFX make-up, eyelash extensions, brow waxing and microshading/tinting, as well as, body painting and making natural body soaps.
I started doing makeup six years ago after becoming a mother and professionally four years ago.
As young as I can remember, I have always been in touch with my creative side. I would watch my grandmother as she sew clothes and see my mother getting ready everyday, curling her hair and applying her red lipstick 💄 I was always fascinated with beauty and fashion.
My son inspires me to get up and strive to be my best, most recently the over abundance of support from the younger generation has been inspiring me.
As an adult, I love to freely express myself through my work. It fulfills me to witness the radiance on my clients face when they are done. Enhancing self esteem and inner beauty is my ultimate goal.
